After this morning's muddy fiasco and a day getting ready for next week at work - finals week, I wanted, no I needed another run after I got done work.
So I let TheWife I would be going to the gym (she is understanding) and beating up the treadmill or having it abuse me.
I wasn't sure what kind of workout I would end up doing, since we are expecting great weather for December this weekend, so it would be nice to get a long run done, so I didn't want to do a crazy-ass treadmill workout, but I still wanted to run a little quicker than usual.

I don't know where the dips come from, unless it is when I lengthen out my stride at the end of interval, which causes a slower cadence??? Not sure, something to think about.
Now that I got the N1's figured out again, boy they are comfortable and work great. No shoe issues and I was able to just run - all I want from my shoes.
A much better run than I had this morning and it did feel good to work up a good sweat and do more than just slog along. I am a bit meechy about running faster outside when it is colder out. I don't want to take a chance on pulling the hammies anymore than they are.
All I know is that I am glad that I did go ahead and stop at the gym and get this one in.
