I am not gonna lie, I still don't like that 6:15 AM running and then the lunch run in 80+*F & 80% humidity just ain't all that fun, but they are done and I am feeling pretty good tonight.

Notes/Observations about the run:

2 tough runs for different reasons, but I finished them and that is all that matters.

Not a lot more to say about them other than that.

Not gonna push too hard in that kind of heat, so I was very pleased at sub 9:00 pace.

Aches and Pains:
Left Leg - The leg doesn't like the first thing in the morning runs and even when it finally loosens up.
Hamstrings - same thing

Shoes Used:
PI N1 Trail v1's

Nike LunarGlide 7
Mileage:
241.78

147.92
Remarks:
Definitely made a good difference down-back, the rocks didn't beat my feet up and the extra grip was nice.
They were just comfy on the roads this afternoon.
