Not The Run I Was Hoping For - RunLog 7-24-16

This post was written for and first appeared on One Foot In Reality.

Bennie has been feeling a little off because of the heat, he would prefer 20*F than 70*F. So I walked a mile or so with him and then went for my run.

Notes/Observations about the run: Actually, the weather was not too horrible, but it still was not all that great of a run. Yeah, I know some runs will suck worse, well a lot worse than others and this was just one of those ones that sucked.

The pacing was about right for an easy run and similar to most of the ones that I have had lately. However, it seemed that every step had to be forced and I never got into a good rhythm. It was put one foot in front of the other, then repeat, no joy this morning.

I guess you put it up as one of those runs, do a quick write up about it, then turn the page and forget about it.

A bad run is still a helluva lot better than not being able to run :-), gotta stay positive.

Tomorrow will be a better day.
