The Tale of Two Runs - RunLog 7-21-16

Two more runs in the book, one with perfect temps, the other too many hills and a little too much heat led to a tougher run.

Notes/Observations about the run:

Run # 1 - Temps were about perfect for a run, everything felt the best it has for a while and even though I didn't have a great time it was a really good run.

Run #2 - Running over at UMA at lunch, I have always "wanted" to run up the main entrance hill just to see what it is actually like. Found out that it is longer and steeper than it seems in the truck ;-) when you are running up it. Then I went into the trails and rain a bit. Still looking for that elusive connector trail to Bond Brook, someday I will find it. The 80*F temps and hills took their toll and the run disintegrated into a I will finish slog - it seems there are a lot of those lately.

Oh well, getting the miles in.

Aches and Pains:
Left Leg - the leg felt the best it has felt in a long time, so maybe getting to the other side of this finally.
Hamstrings - a little sore, but nothing unusual

Shoes Used:
Nike LunarGlide 7
Mileage:
159.94
Remarks:
No issues with the Lunar Glides, just felt comfortable.
